Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of breeding experience.
- Head-to-tail health check and interstate health certificate by a DVM for each puppy before pick-up.
- USDA licensed or exempt (if owning fewer than 4 breeding adult female dogs)
- Must have a smartphone for high-quality photos and videos.
- Permission must be granted for a visual inspection of the kennel.
